  • We reserve the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in British pounds and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. Shop Pay: A faster, secure checkout with saved payment information. PayPal: Secure payments through PayPal. Apple Pay: Quick payments via Apple Pay. Google Pay: Convenient payments using Google Pay

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to countries in the UK only. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply in your country.

Delivery Guarantee: If your order is not delivered by 20th December, you are entitled to a full refund. Please note that this applies to orders placed on or before 1st December.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 14 day return policy from the date of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@cleancart.com. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or faulty.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days once we receive the returned item.

5. Product Availability

  • We strive to ensure all products are available as advertised. In the event a product is out of stock, we will notify you and provide alternatives or offer a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Clean Cart will not be held liable for any damages that arise from the use of our website or products purchased.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.

It all started...

with our video channel Clean Cut TV, where we discover how to live mindfully by producing content with aligned creators, and collaborating with brands and companies.

We started exploring the fashion industry in London last year, meeting designers, brand owners and circular companies who are creating a more sustainable future through innovative production processes and new business models - being an example to the global fashion industry.

We produced our first podcast show this year too, Fash-Forward, learning from experts in their fields.
